So on to today. It’s a filler post. I firmly believe in filler posts if NEED BE! Meaning, they are informative, light-hearted, and fun or clever. I need this today. It gives my mind and my emotions a break. But it also keeps things going and moving, which is what we’re all about. Moving forward….one DAY at a TIME!

We’ll be home for the month. No racing till AUGUST.
There’s no place like Austin, come visit PLEASE!
A is for Active Recovery
Since the hubs is not racing anytime soon, he can focus on a good solid block of quality training. But FIRST, he must focus on Active Recovery.
I decided I’d do the same with a little Aqua Jogging.
Beats running in the 100+ heat! And no I’m not injured or insane. 


A is for ATE….(WIAW)
What, did you think I’d forget?
Lets just say we have yet to restock our fridge since being home.
But at least we have the Cotter Staples…
Eggs and GF Toast!
And on a whole other note, I am still thinking about these.....
the famous VOODOO donuts were at the PORTLAND RACE!
Think I could try to make these “GF style?” Now there’s a challenge!
