Anyway, today's WIAW has a little bonus. I think you’ll like it too. It’s another version of WIAW and I am STOKED! But first, lets get started with the food. Thanks to Jen, we’re all able to drool on our computers today.

Lunch- Green bean and falafel salad with chicken.
Oh and we can’t forget toast and VEGEMITE!

And not soon after that I enjoyed some Twin Cakes Vanilla Cashew biscotti with a cuppa tea.
The Twins are so amazing in the kitchen. You gotta check out their bakery items. YUM!
Another great snack bar from our local friends here in Austin.
Katie from Thunderbird Energetica sent us some great flavors. These bare are GF and Vegan.
Cocoa Hemp Walnut is my favorite.
Ahh dinner, another scrappy dish that turned out pretty tasty!
I call these my pizza tostadas.
2 corn tortillas held together with melted cheese (daiya works great),
then topped with zucchini, chicken sausage, pepper, and goat cheese.
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
Okay and here’s another fun twist on WIAW.

i can't believe i haven't tried cashew butter. looks fabulous! i stocked up on kombucha yesterday too and had one as my "cocktail" last night after a super sweaty yoga class. perfection! have a wonderful day.

i do! I like to use th fage brand or the voskos brand. VERY creamy and lower in
sugar. A little goes a long way. I mix in a lot fo things. And its easier on my
stomach. But thats just my opinion.

quite fancying one of those bars I have to say... extremely handy for all of my current- extremely unsettling (but should be exciting right? who knows who I'll meet/ what I'll see)- constant flitting around. Hmm
I've definitely done pizzas on corn tortillas before - love it!

So..... thanks for getting me HOOKED ON KOMBUCHA. Seriously I have been having at least 1/ day the last 2 weeks and i love it so much. The Whole foods on my street has it on TAP - how dangerous! :p But it's really starting to hurt my wallet though so I have to figure out a solution. Even by the case , NYC is too expensive.
