WIAW special edition

G’day there! Well, we made it. We’re settled into our next house sitting job. Luckily its just down the road. Sadie has new friends yet again. She’s adjusting. I like to think we’re making her more social, right? haha.

Anyway, today's WIAW has a little bonus. I think you’ll like it too. It’s another version of WIAW and I am STOKED! But first, lets get started with the food. Thanks to Jen, we’re all able to drool on our computers today.

Breakfast

 Rudi’s GF toast with Cashew butter, greek yogurt, honey, fig, and big ol’ pear!

Need I say more with this drink? LUV!

Lunch- Green bean and falafel salad with chicken.

Oh and we can’t forget toast and VEGEMITE!

And not soon after that I enjoyed some Twin Cakes Vanilla Cashew biscotti with a cuppa tea.

 The Twins are so amazing in the kitchen. You gotta check out their bakery items. YUM!

Another great snack bar from our local friends here in Austin.

Katie from Thunderbird Energetica sent us some great flavors. These bare are GF and Vegan.

Cocoa Hemp Walnut is my favorite.

Ahh dinner, another scrappy dish that turned out pretty tasty!

I call these my pizza tostadas.

2 corn tortillas held together with melted cheese (daiya works great),

then topped with zucchini, chicken sausage, pepper, and goat cheese.

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
