Creatures and Features (WIAW)

First things first…..SO SO GLAD you all like the Digging Deep post. Those ladies are amazing and so bold for sharing. I honor that! I think I will do another post next week with hearts unveiled. I have a few more that I’d like to share. So if you’re still interested, send me that HEART and SOUL picture to cottercrunch (at) hotmail.

ok okay, now for the goods. Ahh yes, it’s that time of week, WEDNESDAY! Well, really Wednesday is over but you get my drift. What does that mean for the Cotter Crew? It means it’s time for some WIAW (what I ate Wednesday) and WIWW (what I worked Wednesday).

First up, a little WIAW. It’s always a pleasure to participate in this. Go see Jen at Peas and Crayons if you want the inside scoop. It’s too fun!

untitled
Note: If you get “squirmish” around seafood, please jump to the WIWW.
Just warning ya!

So today I got a snap shot of one meal, one really good and FUN meal! We were given some “special” creatures to go along with our Gluten Free Szechuan Zucchini Pasta. The flavors were definitely random but it all tasted delicious. I’ll let the pictures do the talking, mmmm k?

Janetha likes to call me the noodle queen. I call her the casserole queen. Agree? I think so!
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
And now for the fun part…………well, kinda fun. It’s Crawfish Eatin’ Time!
OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
How’s that for a Festive WIAW?

I should really rename my next feature for today. It is a WIWW but really I was the one that GOT WORKED. My muscles were beaten  worked like a dog by our good buddy and sport massage therapist RON VAUGHN. I thought I’d share a little of what the “Cotter Special” looks like. Oh, and please ignore my jello looking leg. LOL!
Check out Ron’s Site for more good tips on training, etc. And guess what, he’ll be at the BOSTON MARATHON TOO! So if you're going to race, look for him and ask for the “Cotter Special!

Okay, I am beat, literally.

Cheers to creatures and features on this Wednesday!
LC
p.s.
Please pray for Eden and her dad right now. He is undergoing a lot of intensive treatment for his brain. She could use all the love and support right now.
