Sometimes in nice to look back at beautiful places and faces we've all been. Remember those times and embrace the ones to come. Yes, I am being cheesy, but I'm feeling it tonight.

Oh.....that was fun!

When we travel, I rarely get to a gym. So here's a little circuit I will do wherever we are. I've also just done this at home because I didn't feel like going to the gym.

*Warm up Jog 1.5 miles easy
CIRCUIT
Find a curb or bench  for steps ups/ reverse lunges (15 each leg)
15 squat hops
15 curb push ups
15 walking tricep dips on a curb or bench
20 v-ups (ab tucks) on bench or curb
20 mt. climbers on curb
2 minute or 400 meter run (recovery pace)
REPEAT CIRCUIT 3-4 times (not the warm up)
*Run 1 mile as cool down and stretch.

NOW GO DO IT!! Its fun and you get in  some good miles, a little over 5k.

Cheers,
LC

I love that you have been able to travel the world. It must be so much fun. I also think it is amazing that I have found another person that knows of Steamboat Colorado. My family owns a vacation home out there and we go skiing every winter. Have you ever been there to ski or did you only go in the summer??

I rarely gym when I travel, but I like to think all the walking, laughing, LIVING makes up for it. Probably doesn't help that I eat much richer foods...but hey we only live once right!! Love the photos, I'm so jealous of your travels. I can't wait to have more adventures, I have the travel bug in me!

I'm going to Cinque Terre in a few weeks on my honeymoon! It seems like the place all the "cool people" know about. haha.

It must have been so difficult to leave Hawaii. I've never but it seems like heaven.

I haven't had that Serendipity frozen hot chocolate since I was on a trip there when I was... 10 years old? But I still remember it. It was magic!

yup the pure fit bars are gluten-free!! yay!!

yup fruitarianism is a real thing! in fact theres die hards out there that have been fruitarain for years. basically all fruits and vegetable-fruits (tomatoes, zuchinni) are allowed. some choose to eat avocados some dont. i dont think its healthy- it messed me up! lol
