Few words Friday

Since Monday, our lives have looked like what you might see when you press fast forward on your remote. You see, the hubs is basically gone racing the next 4 weekends in a row so we definitely were scurrying around. Lots of packing, getting work/coaching arrangements taken care of, bills taken care of, and oh ya...trying to rest. HA! Tis the season, Triathlon season that is! So, in just a few words...here's the week at a glance, a very small glance.

4:30 am wake up calls for some of these

Sadie (our pup) took me to exercise here

She knows how to recover well!

Crunchy Stacker (Sun Butter & Banana)

Creating June Healthy Bite Flavor (Pina Colada!)
gluten free of course!

Snack bar time

Vino time
(an oldie but goodie)

And of course....the hubs send off dinner. His favorite (new zealand style)

Eggs on (GF) toast with marmite and Keri Gold butter. I added Chalula to give it that Texas flare. And lots of veggies!!

Tomorrow afternoon I plan on trying to go see this cute girl (my niece), along with the rest of the Fam!

Cheers from the Cotters and good luck to Bre, Kelly, Des, Frank, and the many more who are racing this weekend in CT!

Have a great weekend!

Ah good luck with everything!! I love that wine and Kerry Gold is hands down the best butter ever! I'm excited to see more of those healthy bites! Pineapple looks so refreshing, reminds me of the Tropical Fruit Tart Larabar. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!

Marmite?! I have a jar of it at home. I bought it 2 years ago. Still there. Untouched.
