umm seriously this is random but you and your hubby are for REAL the hottest, most fit, most beautiful couple EVER. yall are gona make beautiful babies (anytime soon?) I know i sound like the annoying aunt. anyway just wanted you to know. that stuff sounds GREAT! love you!!!

I love the concoctions you come up with and any workout tips would always be cool. About the pancakes, I usually eat flax pancakes everyday made JUST with flax and no bran so I'm sure the protein pancakes would work with flax meal. I also tried with soy flour, I don't know if you can do soy flour, but that should work too.

Thanks for the amazing discount offer for AHM! I ordered a variety pack and light chocolate. I tried the latte at BSLT expo and it was thinner than I expected, but yummy. I had the light choc after it was refrigerated and straight out of the bottle and I loved it. It seemed thicker. Anyway, I used it for recovery today. Thanks again!!!
