There's a really good restaurant called HUDSON ON THE BEND here in Austin that makes really good rattle snake cakes (FOR REAL!!). They are delicious. I promise! Maybe we'll make a donation to their menu, haha!

Wow!! How did he kill it?? My sister and I killed a snake once with a shovel.. then I felt kind of bad because it was just a garden snake! But they are so creepy!!
I was in tears I was laughing so hard when James posted the pic of him on Twitter with the snake & bike pump in hand wearing the play nice shirt. Then I saw the blogs---too good, James looks very pleased with his handiwork! haha
I could NEVER in my entire life try the cake at that place! AHH!
