Kabocha Banana Protein

scoopsserving ofCake BatterVanilla Whey Protein Powder - .5 scoop of Vanilla Hemp Protein
100g half a cup or so of Kabocha (or whatever I had left, ha!).- 1/4 c Egg Whites
1/81/4 tsp Cream of Tartar- 1/4 c H20
- 1 smashed banana
- dash of ginger
- dash of cinnamon
- splash of almond milk (to thin out the
pancakecrepe batter)
So a little change-a-roo and now I have Kabocha Banana Crepes! It was tasty after our run this morning. Love the smell of pancakes in our house. Hope everyone had a great Easter Sunday!
