Switched it, Changed it, Rearranged it.......

So the result are in. Although I ended up switching things up on my Kabocha Protein Pancake attempt. Take a look.


Kabocha Banana Protein Pancake Crepe

  • 1 scoops serving of Cake Batter  Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • .5 scoop of Vanilla Hemp Protein
  • 100 g  half a cup or so of Kabocha (or whatever I had left, ha!).
  • 1/4 c Egg Whites
  • 1/8  1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/4 c H20
  • 1 smashed banana
  • dash of ginger
  • dash of cinnamon
  • splash of almond milk (to thin out the pancake crepe batter)
Topping Options: WF Maple Syrup, Nut Pieces, Cottage Cheese, Coconut Butter,  Raspberry Preserves, Nut Butter

So a little change-a-roo and now I have Kabocha Banana Crepes! It was tasty after our run this morning.  Love the smell of pancakes in our house. Hope everyone had a great Easter Sunday!
