Pile it on!

I just love condiments (the good and healthy kind), not sure why, just do. Our fridge is full of organic ketchup, spicy mustard, about five different jars of nut butters, homemade preserves, etc. I guess you could say, they are the icing on my cake (or meals). So today I was craving about 5 of them for a snack. Whats a girl to do with all that? Make a little snack piled high. But what can hold all these, a brown rice cake of course. Thats the only reason I eat brown rice cakes, to pile them up with flavorful goodness because lets face it, they have NO flavor.

Here's the weird, yet yummy, STACKER........

1 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp 4% Daisy Cottage Cheese
dash of cinnamon
1tbsp blackberry preserves
1/2 sliced banana
1/2 a dried fruit and nut bar (LARA BAR) crumbled on top

HECK YA! Cotter Crunch time! Tons to do this weekend before we leave for Hawaii (working and racing for the Lavaman triahtlon), so tonight its Laundry and breakfast for dinner. Eggs to the rescue.

Have a great weekend.

I love stacking things on rice cakes too. The crunch plus all the gooey toppings are awesome. Plus, if you're on the go, the rice cakes are strong enough to hold all the goods :)

I know! Rice cakes are the bread "ish" food that can hold that mass, haha!
